The athletics event also ended at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Berakas, 26th November 2025.

In the morning, two events were held, namely the Boy's Javelin Throw Final and the Girl's 100 Meter Hurdles Semi-Final.

Also held, was the medal presentation for the Boy's 1500 Meter Run, presented by Pengiran Dr. Mohamad Iskandar bin Pengiran Haji Petra, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Policy and Corporate at the Ministry of Education. The Philippines won gold, Thailand took silver, while Singapore won bronze.

In the afternoon was the Girl's Triple Jump Final, the Girl's 100 Meter Hurdles Final, as well as the Girls's and Boy's 4 times 400 Meter Relay.

Also held was the medal presentation by Awang Haji Mohd. Yusra bin Haji Mohd. Salleh, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Gold for the Boy's Javelin was won by Myanmar while silver went to Singapore. Gold for the Girl's 100 Meter Hurdles went to the Philippines, silver to Indonesia and Viet Nam took the bronze.
